Cancellation Policy

For cancellations for the 1 hour session please contact us by email 48 hours in advance of your appointment to avoid being charged. All other booking services require 1 weeks prior notice of cancelling. In the event that the payment method connected to this service does not work then payment can also be made using this link paypal.me/peterspencer242. A booking using an offline method can only be held a minimum of 24 hours but may be held up to 48 hours.
